Prior to entering the laboratory, fill out the following: Employee Contract Form Fillable.

All laboratory members must annually review and sign their expectations document, which lays out general requirements within the laboratory:

Faculty Expectations

Use the following template alongside your mentor to create a plan for the laboratory experience: Individual Development Plan.

Please use social media responsibility and refer to the Hinton Laboratory Social Media Policy.

If conducting confidential experiments with other laboratories, please use the following form: Non-Disclosure Agreement Form Fillable.

If creating a cross-institutional collaboration, ensure all institutional requirements are met in addition to the following: Memorandum of Understanding Form Fillable.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, please send the following to the corresponding author: Statement of Release for Manuscripts.
