The laboratory of David M. Miller uses the nematode, C. elegans, for studies of neural development and cell-specific gene expression.
We use genetic analysis, genomic strategies and live cell imaging to identify pathways that regulate key events in neural development such as neuron-specific synaptic assembly, synaptic remodeling and dendrite morphogenesis.
