The ice machines put out about 500 lbs of ice each per day with holding bins of either 322 or 420 lbs. We should never run out of ice. If you notice an empty ice machine, please contact the Equipment and Resource Manager because it is very likely broken.
Please note that although these are restaurant models, they are not kept up to the cleanliness standards of a restaurant. The ice is not safe to eat as we have no regular sterilization program for the supply lines.
