Storytelling and DEI in STEM
Dr. Sabrina Collins, Executive Director of the Marburger STEM Center at Lawrence Technological University, shares how storytelling can improve DEI in STEM in communities in her article, “How Storytelling Inspires Representation in STEM Communities.”
Dr. Collins also served as editor of the recently published ACS Symposium book, “African American Chemists: Academia, Industry, and Social Entrepreneurship” highlights and celebrates the contributions of African Americans to the chemical sciences with lesson plans to address equity and inclusion in the classroom and beyond.
