Automated Sample Multiplexing by using Combined Precursor Isotopic Labeling and Isobaric Tagging (cPILOT)
Author’s Albert Arul and Renã A.S. Robinson’s article “Automated Sample Multiplexing by using Combined Precursor Isotopic Labeling and Isobaric Tagging (cPILOT)” was accepted for publication in the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE.) The article discusses the use of robotic platform for high-throughput proteomics experiments using combined precursor isotopic labeling and isobaric tagging (cPILOT). Incorporating cPILOT with the robotic platform helped to reduce the sample processing times and increased the Reproducibility and Robustness of the approach.
