RASR Lab Welcomes Nekesa Oliver
Nekesa Oliver joined the RASR Lab team on November 2, 2020 as a Research Assistant II with expertise in chromatography and instrumental analysis.
A native of Holly Springs, Mississippi, Nekesa holds two B.S. degrees in Chemistry and Biology from Rust College and a M.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Memphis.
Nekesa previously worked at the NASA Ames Research Center in California and The National Renewable Energy Lab in Colorado.
She believes, “Where there is a will, there is a way,” and that innovation and diversity are the keys to solving any problem.
