46th Annual NOBBChE National Meeting Held in St. Louis, MO
The 46th Annual NOBCChE meeting was held November 18-21, 2019 in St. Louis, MO at Union Station. The theme for NOBCChE 2019, “Gateway to Excellence,” focused on providing programming that will enable our members to be successful in their present and future endeavors.
The annual meeting, attended by 650 individuals, included opportunities for individuals to meet one-on-one with representatives, from 42 colleges and universities and to attend a career fair that included 75 exhibitors representing, corporations, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies to discuss internship, employment and educational opportunities.
STEM Week held during the national meeting on November 18-20, presented opportunities to inspire youth to explore and pursue their interests in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. The event was attended by 36 high school youth! Activities included a Science Bowl, Science Fair, educational sessions, and opportunities for youth to visit with colleges and universities, and companies and organizations from across the United States. Prizes were awarded to top Science Bowl Championship Rounds and Science Fair participants.
The 47th Annual NOBBChE meeting will be held September 21-24, 2020 in Orlando, Florida.
