Dr. Robinson talks about some of the challenges that we encounter with processing information from the types of experiments that we carry out. Our data file sizes are ginormous and are hundreds of gigabytes by the time we put them all together. We get a lot of information about hundreds to thousands of proteins. In her PittCon talk, she explains: What do you do with that information and how do you take that information and turn it into knowledge about Alzheimer’s disease?
