Siqi Shen is a doctoral student in the Learning, Teaching, and Diversity program at the Department of Teaching and Learning. She is advised by Dr. Alyssa Wise, and her research focuses on examining students’ motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes in technology-enhanced learning environments. Siqi is also interested in investigating teachers’ experiences and attitudes toward educational technologies. Her research goal is to develop effective educational technologies that can enhance both student learning and teaching practices.
Prior to her doctoral studies, Siqi earned a Master’s degree in Education from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. When she’s not conducting research, Siqi enjoys listening to music and going on hiking trips.
