Mary Grace Stewart is a third-year master's student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Vanderbilt University. She serves as a research assistant at Peabody College, where she contributes to educational research focused on evidence- based practices that support children and adolescents.

Through her past two years working as a research assistant for the Fuchs Lab, she has gained experience with classroom-based data collection, collaborating with educators, and quantitative data entry and analysis—experiences that have strengthened her passion for connecting research with real-world educational settings.

Her professional interests include child and adolescent mental health, counseling in community mental health settings, trauma-informed care, and increasing access to effective mental health services. After earning her master's degree, she hopes to become a licensed professional counselor. Outside of academics, she enjoys singing, reading, and spending time with her cat, Winnie.
