Experiencing the total eclipse in Nashville
The RASR Laboratory moved to Nashville at the perfect time, as Nashville was in the path of totality for the solar eclipse on August 21st! There was an eclipse viewing party on campus, where we all received our solar eclipse viewing glasses, got free ice cream, and listened to sun/eclipse-themed music! We were able to clearly see the partial eclipse and experienced almost 2 minutes of totality, during which it got dark outside and was much cooler. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
