The Kaverina lab is a multidisciplinary and collaborative lab, branching through many areas of cell biology as listed below.
- Microtubule motors and dynamics (such as Kinesin)
- Golgi derived microtubule networks
- Microtubule associated proteins and their functions (such as CLASPs)
- Actin stress fiber organization
- Mechanics of insulin secretion in pancreatic cells
- Organization of the Golgi network
