Lonnie Smith
Undergraduate Research Assistant
Lonnie is a third year undergraduate student in the College of Arts and Science with a major in Neuroscience and a minor in Japanese Language and Culture. After Vanderbilt, Lonnie plans to attend medical school. Currently, Lonnie is working with Alisa to determine the domains of CLASP protein important for regulating cargo export. In his free time, Lonnie likes to try different restaurants in Nashville and play piano. His favorite restaurant in Nashville is Bringles Smoking Oasis!
