NSF Site: Accountability, Behavior, & Conflict in Democratic Politics

Mercer Janssen is a rising Junior at UC Santa Barbara studying Economics and Political Science with a minor in Spanish. Her interests are economic development and security policy in Latin America and the Caribbean. She plans to pursue a Phd in Political Economy and work for the private or government sector with an emphasis in development aid.
