Michael completed his PhD in Biochemistry from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 2015. He pursued postdoctoral training in the laboratory of Victor Torres at New York University, the Mchaourab laboratory at Vanderbilt University, and joined the Proteomics facility at Vanderbilt as a postdoctoral scholar in 2021. His expertise lies in structural and biophysical characterization of proteins by complementing interrogation methodologies, including footprinting, EPR, and analytical centrifugation.
