Welcome Colbie Chinowsky!
Oct. 31, 2016—We are very happy to welcome the 1st year QCB graduate student Colbie Chinowsky for a rotation in our lab. Colbie graduated with a BA in Physics from Mount Holyoke College, and has been seduced by the beauty of the cytoskeleton working in Jenny Ross’ lab at UMass Amherst. Welcome Colbie!

Oct. 26, 2016—Marija back from the excellent QCBNet workshop "Cell Organization & Behavior at Multiple Scales" hosted by the Allen Institute for Cell Science, where she gave a talk on our exciting Kinesin-14 collaboration with the P. Welcome Goker Arpag!
Aug. 1, 2016—The lab welcomes our newest member – postdoc Goker Arpag! Göker comes to us with a PhD in Physics from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he worked with Erkan Tüzel on modeling collective behavior of microtubule motors.
