Graduate Students

We seek doctoral and masters’ students with training in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computational Neuroscience, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering or Computer Science. Expertise in Python, R, C/C++ and Unix programming environments is crucial. Hands-on experience in high-performance computing is preferred, especially for parallelizing code in Python or C/C++  in a cluster environment.
