Our special issue “Recent Advances in Computational Genomics” in the journal Life is now open for submission.
We invite researchers to contribute original research on methods in computational genomics, especially for long-read and single-cell sequencing. The topics include but are not limited to, multiomics integration, genomic risk factor identification, genome assembly, genomic variant detection, gene expression and regulation, biological network analysis, and epigenomics.
