The Kaverina lab is a multidisciplinary and collaborative lab, branching through many areas of cell biology as listed below.

  1. Microtubule motors and dynamics (such as Kinesin)
  2. Golgi derived microtubule networks
  3. Microtubule associated proteins and their functions (such as CLASPs)
  4. Actin stress fiber organization
  5. Mechanics of insulin secretion in pancreatic cells
  6. Organization of the Golgi network
