pyDEERsim

Program for simulating DEER data.

These programs can be run in either a Python 3 or Python 2 environment where the required libraries have also been installed (tkinter/Tkinter, Pmw, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, xlwt)

Suggested procedure for installing Python 2.7 and the necessary libraries can be found here.

To run use:

python pyDEERsim.py

or

python py27DEERsim.py

Two windows should be created, one containing the GUI and one containing a plot of the simulation. They may be minimized so be sure to look for them.
