Qi Liu, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Biomedical Informatics at VUSM. She is an expert in bioinformatics methodology development and next generation sequencing data analysis. Her research interests include integrative system biology approaches to the biological basis of complex diseases, and transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation networks.
