Jessica Taylor, Ph.D.
Jessica received her BS and MS degrees in Chemistry from Tennessee Tech University. She joined Vanderbilt IGP in Fall 2018 and became the first Brown Lab member in Spring 2019🎉. Her dissertation used structural and biochemical approaches to determine how protein assembly controls heme biosynthesis during red blood cell development, and she received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry in 2024! #cheeseball
