Andrea is originally from New Jersey, but traveled to North Carolina for her undergraduate studies. She completed her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Mathematics at High Point University in 2015. Andrea’s research interests include genomics, mathematical modeling, and systems biology.

Bryan Venters, PhD
Assistant Professor, Department of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics
Bryan earned his PhD at Pennsylvania State University and received his postdoctoral training with Dr. Frank Pugh, where he investigated basic mechanisms of gene regulation using molecular, genetic, and functional genomic approaches.
