She gave a seminar titled \u201cIncreasing Diversity from an N=1 Perspective\u201d and had the opportunity to meet with several faculty members of the Department of Chemistry including some of the faculty in the <a href=\"http:\/\/chem.wayne.edu\/diversity\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Diversity Committee<\/a>.
