Aubrie Stricker
Aubrie came to Vanderbilt from the University of Kansas, where she majored in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology. As an undergraduate, she worked in the laboratory of Dr. Erik Lundquist where she studied axon guidance in C. elegans. Aubrie then came to Vanderbilt through the IGP program and joined the Page-McCaw lab in 2020, where she studies basement membrane repair. Since joining the lab, she has attended several conferences and symposia, including the annual Drosophila Research Conference and the American Society for Matrix Biology conference, where she was selected to present a flash talk and received a travel award. Outside of the lab, Aubrie enjoys baking and exploring the hiking trails around Nashville with friends.
