I am interested in investigating the structural and functional characteristics of membrane proteins in order to understand their conformational landscape and mechanistic properties. This involves the utilization of various biophysical and biochemical techniques such as Cryo-Electron Microscopy (Cryo-EM), Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) spectroscopy etc.
