Abbey Gonzales, a former High School Assistant Principal in a predominantly Latinx community, recognized the critical need for sustainable, effective practices for educators working with Emergent Bilingual Students at the secondary level. She is dedicated to advancing instructional methodologies for middle and high school teachers that are both rigorous and respectful of the linguistic and cultural diversity of students and their families.
