Postdoctoral Scholar in Medicinal Chemistry<\/h2>\n

Professor Lindsley is seeking talented and motivated applicants for a postdoctoral research position in Medicinal Chemistry. The principal function of this position is to provide support for basic and translational drug discovery efforts related to neurological and psychiatric diseases, and provide tool compounds and preclinical development molecules for novel targets\/mechanisms. Successful candidates will collaborate with individuals involved in the WCNDD including in vitro\/molecular and behavioral pharmacology, and in vitro and in vivo drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics. \u00a0Typically,\u00a0 the ideal candidate should be able to apply their synthetic expertise in organic and\/or medicinal chemistry to current programs, and bring a high level of independence and creativity to the position.\u00a0Strong preference towards individuals within 1 year of receiving their graduate degree.\u00a0 Please send your updated CV and three (3) letters of recommendation to\u00a0Prof. Darren Engers.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n
