What is Vanderbilt KidTalk?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vanderbilt KidTalk is not a clinic. We are a grant-funded research lab within the\u00a0Department of Special Education at Vanderbilt University<\/a>. Our grants are funded by several different sources including:\u00a0The Health Resources and Services Administration<\/a>\u00a0(an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services), the\u00a0U.S. Department of Education<\/a>,\u00a0The John Merck Fund<\/a>,\u00a0The Institute of Education Sciences<\/a>, and\u00a0Organization for Autism Research<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Is there a cost? Do you take my health insurance?<\/strong><\/div>\n

No, there is no cost. As we are not a clinic, we do not require health insurance. Depending upon the study, research participants are randomly selected to receive language intervention and parent training free of charge.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
