DNA/RNA synthesis, small molecule synthesis

Sarah is from Cairo, Egypt where she lived until she was 16. In 2021, Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Biology with especial emphasis in Physiology from Middle Tennessee State University. Currently, Sarah is working on developing small molecules fluorescent probes that can inhibit NLRP3 which found to be over expressed in patients with retinal vascular diseases. She is also working on DNA/RNA synthesis. Sarah is aspiring to becoming a physician. Outside of the lab she enjoys drawing, designing, and creating aesthetics projects.
