Rita Atalor

Research Assistant


Rita Atalor is from Abuja, Nigeria where she lived until she was 17 years old. Rita obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Xavier University, Ohio. At the Uddin laboratory, Rita is primarily focused on animal studies, including Laser-Induced Choroidal Neovascularization, Fluorescence Angiography, and Retinal and Choroidal dissections. She is also involved in molecular biological techniques, including RNA isolation and qPCR. Rita enjoys reading, pilates, writing, and watching movies
