Research Description
Under the supervision of Drs. Xuanxhi Zhan and Seva Gurevich, Jacqueline worked on the studies of the mechanism of receptor-dependent regulation of JNK family kinases. She used cell-based assays, testing the effects of over-expressed arrestin-3, endogenous arrestins, as well as the expression and activation of the Y2 receptor receptor of neuropeptide Y.
