Through this program, her proposal on\u00a0&#8220;Beryllium Implantation for Complex Device Structures&#8221;\u00a0was selected by NASA reviewers to advance to the full proposal stage, where she was appointed as the\u00a0principal investigator\u00a0for her team.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"781\">During the proposal evaluation phase, Haley was also chosen as a\u00a0Primary Reviewer, providing critical assessments of other teams&#8217; proposals.
