Emelyne received her Masters in Molecular Biology at Gothenburg University, Sweden in 2017 and started a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Leipzig (Advisor: Prof. Daniel Huster), Germany in 2018.

Research Description

Emelyne joined the lab from February to April 2022 as an exchange graduate student. She focuses on the expression and purification of unlabeled arrestin3-3A in E. coli and of radiolabeled arrestin3-3A using rabbit reticulocyte lysate-based cell-free system for further investigations of the interactions between arrestin3-3A and the Ghrelin Receptor in Leipzig.
